Instate Rates for ECG Long Distance
Intrastate long distance rates from ECG start as low as 4¢ per minute for Illinois, see below for all other intrastate rates. The ECG rates for intralata calls (otherwise known as local toll or toll calls) are billed at the same rate as intrastate calls. For example if you live in California then the intrastate rate is 4.5¢ per minute, so if you also choose intralata then your intralata rate would be 4.5¢ per minute also.
